It is during the first phase of this period, a child start learning how to talk, run, play with others and many more things by holding the hands of parents under the roof of their own house. In the second phase, to teach child how to grow up in a social environment, a good school is required where importance is given equally for academic knowledge, physical and mental development of kids so that when child goes to high school, they will be self-powered to cope up with the bigger environment. Which finally lead them a better life.
